- Mainly 2 and 3 bed semi detached, but a few larger properties
- Good size gardens and off road parking all in the countryside
- Moderate rents for long term leases where tenants decorate internally
- Preference is always given for people and families with village connections or
- who are working or involved in rural businesses and activities locally
- Some houses with workspace (offices or workshops) attached
- Home working both permitted and encouraged
- Pets are fine as long as they are well controlled and do no damage
